Editing Tools settings
There are a couple of steps for Editing Tools configuration
You will find out all Editing tools configurations in Chronosly > Settings
1- Make sure Template Editor is Enabled (Advanced profile is Enabled by default). If you don't enable Template Editor won't be visible in Edit Template and editing options won't be shown a well.
Find this option, Enable Template Editor, in Chronosly > Settings > General Settings
2- Set editing tools in Chronosly > Settings > Template Editor
There are some different format options:
Choose here the Template what will be used in the Template Editor by default. You can also change the template once your are into the Template Editor.
Force default template
This option allows only the default template to be shown in all the views, even if they have been created by using other templates with different views.
Use this option to block other users or admins to use or change templates.
Calendar Views can not be edited from the Template Editor. You can choose which will be the default template for the three Calendar Views of year, month and week. So, this option let you change look and feel from your Calendar views regardless of which one has been chosen for other views.
Min. event width px
Set the minimum event width of your events and the rest of Chronosly views.
Note that if you set a minimum px which is too low you may have problems with the Responsive versions (only if you have chosen a template optimized for Mobile devices).
The minimum set is not fixed, and it depends on the applied template. Chronosly highly recommend to check, that once the minimum is modified, the different views of the template you are using are correctly shown.
Max. event width px
Set the maximum event width of your events and the rest of Chronosly views. By default, this width is 800px.
Note that if you modify this options you may have problems with the Responsive versions (only if you have chosen a template optimized for Mobile devices).
The maximum set is not fixed, and it depends on the applied template. Chronosly highly recommend to check, that once the minimum is modified, the different views of the template you are using are correctly shown
Default category colour
This is the default colour applied for all categories, you can individually set category colour inside the category editor.
Go to Events > Categories and select a category you want to edit. Scroll down and find Chronosly Configuration, Category colour option and choose the desired colour.
Show load template / Show load view
The option of load template or load view is enabled by default, so different templates / views can be chosen and loaded in the Template editor.
This option is especially useful to prevent other users (team members or clients) from changing or modifying how the events are shown in the site.
